How we ensure quality

Our unique Batch Tracking Policy

We constantly test each batch to make sure performance meets our expectations. Since performance can vary slightly from one batch to another, it’s vital to keep track of them. That way, we can easily identify and trace any differences if they ever show up.

You’ll find the batch ID printed directly on every wheel. It follows the format ABCCDD, where:

  • A = Shape ID
  • B = Formula ID
  • CC = Durometer (A)
  • DD = Batch ID

All wheels from the same batch share the exact same performance characteristics. This system helps us track consistency and keep improving with every run.
