Why we made it
We made the Plumes because winter in France reminded us that not every session needs a full race wheel. We were riding PolYmers in the city, and on cold pavement or gentle slopes, they could feel a little too grippy for simply messing around and keeping the flow going. So we built something smaller, softer, and more playful. A wheel made to keep skating through winter, cruise city hills, and make every slide feel easy. In the end, the Plumes became more than a winter wheel. They were so comfortable and forgiving that we started taking them to big mountain passes too.
Who is it for
The Plumes are for anyone looking for an easy time on the board. They slide effortlessly, feel forgiving from the first run, and thanks to the SP1 formula, they are extremely resistant to flat spots. They are the wheels you pick when you want to ride carefree, throw big slides, or work on your technique without fighting your setup. Beginners will find them easy to slide and control, while advanced riders can enjoy the smooth, effortless glide they bring to any freeride session.
What are the specs
The Plumes are 70 mm tall, 42 mm wide, and poured in our 76A SP1 formula. They use a small inner core to maximise the polyurethane layer, giving the wheel more comfort, better vibration damping, and a longer usable lifespan since you can wear through almost the full 70 mm diameter. The wheels are centerset, so we recommend rotating them from time to time to keep wear even and limit coning. They are also shipped with a stoneground finish, giving them an easy, broken in feel from the very first slide.
Quality engagement
The Plumes follow our batch tracking policy, meaning every production run is identified with a unique batch ID such as 217601. The first digit refers to the shape, the second to the formula generation such as SP1 or SP2, the following two digits indicate the durometer, and the last two digits correspond to the production batch number. This system gives us full traceability across every wheel we produce. We are committed to being transparent and honest about production quality and consistency. If an issue ever appears within a specific batch, we use the batch ID to identify the affected wheels quickly and work toward a solution that is fair and transparent for everyone involved.

Skate like Barth
Every slide he does looks effortless ; clean standups, perfect control, always smooth. He rides fast, light, and with style that’s hard to match. When he asked for a wheel that could hold bigger standies and feel freer underfoot, we listened. The Plumes are his vision on urethane.
Q&A
Most asked questions regarding our Plumes
Are the Plumes centerset?
Yes, the Plumes are centerset. We strongly recommend flipping them from time to time to keep the wear even and reduce conning -especially if you're riding narrow trucks like we do. It helps preserve that clean, predictable slide they’re made for.
Do the Plumes have swirls?
Some Plumes from batch 317601 showed light cosmetic swirls during testing. These were purely visual and didn’t lead to uneven wear or affect performance. So far, production batches have stayed consistent with the smooth finish we aimed for.
That said, feel free to contact us if you ever notice a defect that could be related to swirling - we’re always down to take a closer look.
