What’s the purpose of the pivot at the end of the tool?
The pivot at the end of the tool lets you reach the truck nuts more easily, even when the hanger is in the way. It gives you better access without having to fumble around or reposition the tool awkwardly.
Is the end of the skate tool hollowed to fit long screws?
No - the tool isn’t designed for overlong screws. If your screws are too long, you won’t be able to fully tighten the nuts. Stick to properly sized hardware for a snug, secure fit.
